European or Woodbine Honeysuckle

Description

Deciduous vine with stems twining around vegetation and each other. Fragrant flowers are borne in clusters at stem tips; extending from a long tube, the broad upper lip has 4 petal-lobes and the narrow lower lip has 5 long stamens and one style. Petals are creamy white, becoming yellow when pollinated. Fruit is a red berry.
